Nelson Business Development Corp

A decade after retiring from the Army Barry and Lisa Nelson (both retired Army Master Sergeants) continue doing the little things that make a big difference in the Greater Manitowoc County Area. 

Their story started in 2011 by taking long vacant and underutilized buildings in downtown Manitowoc near the corner of 8th and Quay and giving them a boost in the arm. Their office doubled as a retail store called Manitowoc Trading Company. 

Since those beginnings the Nelsons have gone on to help create retail space in Two Rivers and are proud to be a small part of the large ownership team of the newly built Cobblestone Hotel there. 

The couple are active volunteers in the community.
